We were contacted by the shopping centre’s management to provide commercial fitout works for a forthcoming tenancy in the centre. The budget and time-frame were very tight, so we worked closely with the tenant to bring costs under budget, while still maintaining their vision for the nailbar and boutique. To ensure everything was ready for the grand opening, we completed any additional work outside of business hours to minimise disruption for existing tenants. Here are the results:
Refurbishment is a huge part of what we do, and some tasks are a bit more challenging than others. One such job required the team to bring upgrades and refurbishments in line with a building’s existing heritage features. Our solution was to source features from a similar time period for the ceilings, skirting and trim to ensure uniformity throughout the building. Here’s the result:
